How to use:

1. Apply a color gel(black color is preferred)

2. Cure it under the UV lamp in 2 mins or LED lamp in 30s.

3. Aplly the holographic pigment with the brush until the holo effect is available.

4. Dust off the extra glitter

5. Apply a top coat for more glossy.
