A)1.Guarantee is valid for 1 year 2.Exchange is only allowed if the clay parts are defective or watch is not moving despite a change of battery.

A) 1.Change of mind or wish to change for another design
2.For example : Dislike the thin/thick strap/location of the watch button after receipt of watch.
3.Feel that clay pieces are not nice as the others (Please be informed that these are handmade watches so each clay will not be exactly identical as the other)

A) As those are of special offer, we only offer for 7 days warranty. As the prices of the watches are not included for warranty.
