Precautions:
Do not take more than recommended dosage.
If currently under medication, do not stop medication.
When combining with other ProVie or Living series products or any other probiotics products, do not exceed total of 2 capsules per day.
Over dosage of probiotics may lead to more than normal digestive side effects such as excessive flatulence and/or diarrhea. If side effects are observed, re-hydrate with plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol at least 3 hours before and after taking capsules.
Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding.
