Power Twister Pulls
Grasp the Power Twister with palms facing away from you with your arms hanging down at your sides. Pull the ends of the bar up so it forms a "U" shape. Repeat for 10 repetitions. The arm muscles are given a lot of work with this variation.
Grasp the bar with palms facing down and your forearms parallel to the floor. Pull the ends of the Power Twister bar down into an inverted "U" shape. Repeat for 10 repetitions. This variation works the chest muscles particularly hard.
Grasp the bar with palms facing down with arms extended straight out at shoulder height. Pull down the Power Twister down into an inverted "U" shape. Repeat for 10 repetitions. Both chest and back get a lot of work with this variation.
Grasp the bar with your arms fully extended over your head. Pull the ends of the bar down into an inverted "U" shape. Repeat for 10 repetitions. Because your arms are over your head for the set, this variation works the shoulder muscles hard.
Power Twisters are available in three levels of resistance based on the length of the spring: 55 cm/light, 65 cm/medium and 75 cm/ heavy
Start slow with your Power Twister bar. Make sure you are performing the exercises correctly before you push yourself.
