Q: What should I do if tickets are sold out?
A: We apply a daily limit on Qoo10 depending on our supply. Contact us for consideration.
Q: How do I use the ticket?
A: If we send it via email (pdf format), please print out prior to your trip. Scan ticket at turnstile to go in.
Q: Can you send print out ticket by post?
A: We can, but we don’t recommend. Tickets can be delivered via email. Alternative you can self-collect tickets at Woodlands MRT after purchased on Qoo10.
Q: I don’t have printer / I can’t print tickets in time. What to do?
A: There are printing shops. You can also self-collect tickets at woodlands MRT. If all else fail you can approach ticket booth, the staff can help you to print out from your soft copies.
Q: Does ticket include meal voucher?
A: No, it doesn’t. But our price should have saved you enough :D
Q: Does ticket include admission and all rides?
A: Yes, it includes full admission and all rides. The ticket is equal to 1 day pass (retail at $74)
Q: There is a change of plan, can I cancel order or exchange new tickets?
A: We’ll try to support case by case as best as we can. But we are not obliged to accept your request as stated clearly in our abovementioned terms.
Q: How would you settle for me if USS claim ticket has been used when I go there?
A: Make sure to use the ticket before it expires. In very rare case when the ticket isn’t accepted during its valid period, please retain the ticket with case reference by USS, void stamp, and/or receipt, we will refund after verifying.
Q: Is senior or child ticket applicable to foreigner?
A: Yes, it is. Please bring along passport for age verification.
Q: Why the expiry date printed on tickets is 6 months but you said "X" days only?
A: USS will only acknowledge the ticket serial number. The date printed on ticket is from the agent’s fixed form and wasn’t taken into account by USS system.
Q: USS is having promotion with their tickets? Will I receive them also?
A: Most likely no. Our source is independent. Whatever we get we will pass to you.
