SIM ACTIVATION

Simply connect to the internet to activate the SIM. Please search for the network "Softbank” when using in Japan.

To set up data, set APN to '3gnet' and then turn on Data Roaming.
 
Android (Steps may varies on OS version)
 
Step 1: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Add
 
Step 2: Create New APN with the following:
1) Name - NTT Docomo
2) APN - netswireless.com
3) Username - 4g@net
4) Password - 4gnet
5) Authentication - PAP or CHAP
   
Step 3: Go back > Select 'NTT Docomo' & Restart Phone if data doesn't work.
 
iPhone/iPad (Steps may varies on OS version)
 
Step 1: Settings >  Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > APN Settings
 
Step 2: Edit APN with the following:
1) Name - NTT Docomo
2) APN - netswireless.com
3) Username - 4g@net
4) Password - 4gnet
 
Step 3: Restart Phone if data doesn't work. OR Visit www.localsim.com.sg/jap-ios if can't APN
