Below is my personal experience using this product:
I lived in HDB and my water pressure is on the low side. When I used this shower head to replace my old one, I was very surprised at how much the water pressure seem to increase. Using this shower head gives me a refreshing and relaxing bath which relaxes my tired muscles.  I did not even need to turn on the mains for its increased effect. It is easy to maintain by unscrewing the head and washing or brushing away the dust that accumulates over time.
This model does not come with hose, or base holder. it can fix on most standard 1/4" hose. or base holder.
