Our deluxe dapping punch and block set is ideal for doming soft metals. This set includes 24 steel dapping punches ranging from 2.3-25 mm (3/32 - 1") in diameter; a dapping block cube with 18 half-sphere depressions ranging from 3.5 - 39 mm (1/8 - 1.56") in diameter; and a hardwood stand to hold all the pieces. Each dapping punch has its size engraved on it. All punches are made of polished tool hardened steel and measure 3.5" (9 cm) long. Punch sizes in mm: 25, 23.4, 21.8, 20.2, 18.6, 17, 16.2, 15.4, 14.8, 13.8, 13, 12.3, 11.5, 10.7, 9.9, 9.1, 8.3, 7.5, 6.7, 5.9, 5.1, 4.3, 3.5, 2.3. The dapping block is made of polished tool hardened steel and measures 2 x 2 x 2" (5 x 5 x 5 cm). Depression sizes in mm: 39, 34, 29, 24, 19, 17, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3.
