More Information:
Wild honey is a limited supply honey specially harvested from the wild bees species – apis dorsata. This species of bees are migratory and extremely aggressive, hence we are unable to domesticate them. They are larger in size as compared to our honeybees and they harvest larger amounts of honey. Because these bees are wild, they are naturally inclined towards the wild tropical forests as the supply and quality of flowers appeals better to them. And because of this, the honey harvested from these hives are usually darker in colour and higher in their minerals content. The honey is also higher in moisture and ages faster than our regular honey.
