I purchased this because of what it claimed it would do. This was NOT a lie.....my cuticles just dissolved and I didn't have to keep applying to get the results that I wanted. I had a hard callus on the bottom of both of my feet, I applied, left on about 20 mins (15 seconds wouldn't help my case) and then I soaked my feet, they became real soft and with a single edge blade they came right off. My feet is thanking me every time I use this. This is a "keeper" for me, and every time I go to Walmart I will pick up a bottle just in case they discontinue it, which always happens when I like a product). Sally is making better products, but doesn't cost a arm and leg. I tried this, and it softened and got rid of most of my cuticle with the first use. Unfortunately, I did notice that it also softened the skin around my nails and made rubbing the cuticles, as directed, quite painful and also seemed to make my nails soft and peel. By the time I got to the third use, about 3 weeks later, I realized that this product was completely working against the nail growth and strengthening product I was using.
