SIM ACTIVATION

No registration or activation required. Simply insert SIM card into device.

Step 1: To set up data, set APN to "primary.m2m'. See steps below

Step 2: Turn on Data Roaming (after setup APN)

Step 3: Switch off 4G/LTE

Android

Step 1: Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Step 2: Create New APN > input 'primary.m2m' in Name & APN column > Save

Step 3: Go back > Select 'primary.m2m'

Step 4: Go back > Switch on Data Roaming

iPhone/iPad (different iOS versions may appear slightly different)

Step 1: Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network

Step 2: Input 'primary.m2m' in APN column under Cellular Data

Once the data has been used the Sim card, it cannot be topped up.

The SIM card provides mobile data service in 33 designated countries in Europe only. Please refer to store.hk.chinaunicom.com/europesim for details. This SIM card is non-rechargeable and does not provide voice service. Any unused data will be forfeited.

Insert the SIM card into your handset and it is ready to be used. The SIM card is valid for 15 days from the date of activation.

Please keep the outer part of your SIM card for inquiries.

The maximum download speed of the SIM card is 7.2Mbps. However, the actual connection speed maybe affected by different factors such as the relative position between you and the transmitting station, server’s capacity, Internet traffic conditions, number of users, maximum network supporting speed of device, hardware, software and other factors.
