1:How to get it to work and charge?
To get it to work when initial use ,please separate the smart watch body from silicone wristband and connect it to a normal 2.0 USB port for charging.The charging USB body has two sides,but only one side which with two charging gold chips can be used for battery charging,and the red LED indicator lights up as charging in right direction.Otherwise, you need to turn it 180 degrees ,because it won't not light up in wrong direction.And the smart watch will automatically boot up within 10 seconds(more long time takes to boot up in the case of lower battery) .It will also shut down automatically as it is running out of battery.Detach it from wristband again and recharge for one hour.
2:To pair it to mobile phone
Firstly, scan the QR Code on box,downloading and installing APP "VeryFit for heart rate" from Apple Store or Google Play. Second,turn on the bluetooth on your phone and open App.So the app will automatically detect your device's bluetooth .Select your device to bind it to your phone then.
3, What kinds of mobile phones does it work on ?
Smart phone only, not for iPad, PC or Tablet.It compatible with Android 4.4 above and ios 7.1 above.
4,How to do it if not connected to mobile phone ?
Please unbind the device to app first,uninstalling app .Then scan the QR Code and reinstall app on your phone .

Regarding the steps, The fitness tracker programmed to accumulate steps after people walked over 50 steps, this is to distinguish whether you're walking or just waving hands. For example, it's 0 step now, when you walked 20 steps, it shows from 0,1,2,3.....till 20. If you stop moving, it will back to 0. so Less than 50 steps will be ignored.
About sleep mode: Pls kindly note, our fitness tracker tracks sleep / step etc. all data by three axis acceleration sensor, all the data comes from movement. Like sleep patterns, it will select a night time period and then calculate per your hand/arm swing range / frequency ect.It tracks sleep automatically when you go to sleep(make sure you wear it while sleeping), after wake up you just turn on app, refresh to get the details of your sleep hour and quality.
For the Heart Rate Monitor. firstly, It is a function of the sports bracelet. Can not be compared with very professional medical equipment. During the normal mode, you have to wait a few seconds to see the heart rate. But if you set it on exercise mode, it does continuous heart rate until you tell it that your exercise is completed.
About setting the time and date: Please download app "veryfit for heart rate" then pair the band with phone, time and date will be auto synced.
