Additionally, this screen can be tilted up to 180° for shooting at a wide variety of angles.
Operability of the NX500 is designed to be simple through the use of two separate command dials on the back and front of the camera as well as a Hybrid UI for intuitive usage. Another feature of this model is Samsung Auto Shot which tracks subjects at 240 fps in order to trigger the shutter at the ideal moment, such as when a baseball player makes contact with a pitch. Additionally, it comes with the ED-SEF8A Flash and has built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with NFC and Bluetooth options.
The camera is compatible with Samsung NX-mount lenses and included in this kit is the Samsung 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 Power Zoom ED OIS lens. Offering a 24.6-77mm-equivalent focal length range, this versatile wide-to-short telephoto utilizes low dispersion and aspherical elements to reduce aberrations throughout the zoom range. Optical image stabilization minimizes the appearance of camera shake and Electro zoom control realizes smooth zooming performance that is especially beneficial to video recording.
