Prawn & Avocado Salad
Place fresh salad leaves on a plate. Top with coarsely chopped avocado and peeled cooked prawns. Drizzle over with your favourite dressing for a simple & healthy meal.


Prawn & Chilli Pasta
Cook dried spaghetti pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and dried chilli flakes, and cook until garlic is soft. Add the pasta and peeled cooked prawns. Cook until the prawns are heated through. Add chopped fresh continental parsley and toss to combine. Serve.
