What makes this product unique (versus other ball stretchers) is that you have two pulls and a D-shaped Ring that dangle from the stretcher. The pulls allow you to attach extra weight to the stretcher thereby giving your scrotum a good pull.
Place the stretcher around the scrotum sack and tighten with the buckles. The stretcher constricts the scrotum forcing the testicles further down. The soft leather lining on the inside of the stretcher keeps it comfortable against the skin. There are six holes for buckle adjustment.
