Kosmea is a range of healing australian natural skin care products founded on the unique properties of certified organic rose hip oil. The word "kosmea" comes from the ancient greek meaning "to harmonise or bring into balance" and reflects the balancing and harmonising effect that rose hip oil has on the skin. All kosmea natural skin care products are skin care as nature intended and free from mineral oils, petrochemicals, artificial colours, artificial fragrances, sodium lauryl sulphate, harsh synthetic ingredients, animal derived ingredients (vegan friendly), harmful paraben preservatives and are not tested on animals. Kosmea's skin clinic range is nature's first aid kit for the skin, incorporating products that provide relief, treatment and protection from everyday skin emergencies. The skin clinic range includes:certified organic rose hip oil, rescue balm, rescue body cream. Wherever possible, kosmea uses natural preservatives such as grapefruit seed extract to preserve the product and ensure its safety. In order to ensure a substantial shelf life. We do use other non-natural preservatives that have a proven safety track record - these include phenoxyethanol and sodium benzoate. Kosmea uses essential oils such as rosewood, ylang ylang, rose geranium oil and and rose flower water. As well as having a beautiful natural fragrance, these ingredients also have many benefits for the skin. Kosmea relies on the combination of natural ingredients to maintain product stability. We also use natural product thickeners such as xanthan gum and guar gum.Feature
