3 1/2 oz (approx) driedbird is nest eg (36 to 40gm)
6 c Water forsoup (6 Bowls)
Add as Rock sugar
2 tb Cornstarchoption
1/4 c Water
Cooking: Bring water forsoup to boil.
Immediately add bird is nest and continue for 45 minutes; simmer 30minutes.
Lightly beat egg whites with a fork and mix into soup;
add Rock Sugar. Bring soup back to boil for 1 minute and
it is ready to serve. You can
hold it at this point on low heat. Pour into serving
bowls, can serves both hot or cold (put in Fridge)
