This tape worked wonders. Very helpful in recovering and preventing a running injury, mainly on my knees.I've used multiple sports tapes and this tape holds as long as it states it will, even 4 days after the initial application it was still stuck just like it was when I first applied it.So far this is the best kinesiology tape that offers the most value.It comes with nice little hard case for me to carry it in my bag. It is very convenient and simple to use.I think this tape is better than Rocktape and KTtape.
