Ingredients
250-300 grams Vannamei prawns
4 teaspoons butter
3 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
Add the prawns to a fry pan on high heat.
Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the garlic and stir through the prawns.
Make sure the prawns are only a single layer in the pan.
Once the whole prawn has turned from the grey colour to orange, they are ready.
Turn the heat in the pan to low and sprinkle the prawns with paprika.
Stir the prawns to ensure they are all coated with the paprika and cook for 1 minute.
