This design takes inspiration from 1970s outdoor wear, Western designs, and American casualwear, presenting a padded (quilted) jacket with a sharp collar and hem. Designed with a shorter hem that suits biker and workwear designs. Made with a 60/40 cloth fabric (60% cotton, 40% nylon). In appearance, the fabric has the robust look and finish of nylon. 60/40 cloth is a classic fabric used in outdoor gear. When it gets wet, the cotton expands, causing its pores to naturally block water and wick it away. Lined in polyester for freedom of movement, the interior is designed to not snag on clothing. The body interior has snap pockets on both sides. The front features a quilted effect with polyester batting to protect you from the cold. The quilting keeps the batting from shifting around while you wear the jacket. The collar features an inset corduroy accent, with both shoulders sporting a yoked fabric detail. The front features a covered placket, with a zipper underneath and snap buttons that cross over. This dual closure protects from the wind. The hip pockets are flapped to protect rain and dirt from getting in. The cuffs feature slim elastic ribbing that keeps the wind out, and you can also adjust them further with the attached snaps. The hood snaps together and can be removed from the body, turning the jacket into a hoodless parka.
