I had a c-section with my son and have experienced a lot of discomfort and tenderness in that area that is aggravated with most underwear. Bikini cuts are typically too low and most high cuts/briefs are too high, they either roll down or stick out from my waist band (I'm kinda short). These are very soft, show no lines through my work slacks and don't bunch or sag by the end of the day.
