Chokeless sink strainer
This is the tester for chokeless (anti-clog) feature. It will show you how the chokeless works.
It is made of general purpose ABS material in the original color. It can't withstand boiling water 100 degree C temperature. You just have to remember not to pour hot water on it and it will work as good as the original one.
Once you are convinced the value of the chokeless function, it is recommended to get the origin models (see other posting) that will last you years.

This Sink Strainer has a built in chokeless feature to prevent sinks from choking. Most of the existing designs cause the sinks to choke when the residues eventually settle down in the strainer.
