Q. Is it possible to charge fast?
A. Yes. the magnet cable supports 5V 2.1A output and enables fast charging.
Q. LED light comes in but it doesn't charge. why is that?
A. Make sure that the connector is correctly inserted. for the iphone 8 pin connector, the arrow must be inserted upward.
Q. Is smart charging possible?
A. Since this product does not support quick charge 2.0, there is no smart charging capability.
Q. The connector is broken during using. what should I do?
A. It is available for exchange only 7 days after delivery can be processed.
Q. Don't you sell type c?
A. Currently cable type c ver.3 is under development. as soon as supply becaomes available, i'll edit item option.
Q. Can I use it on ipad?
A. Yes. it is compatible
