Miller ML-102 V9.0 is an extremely tiny 18650 charger. Different from ML-101， it features a master IP5206 chip offering synchronous rectification， charge and discharge. It needs an external USB power to charge， it can also work as a charger or power bank (battery not included). Remember， ML-102 V9.0 can only charge one battery at a time.
