I have sensitive skin, and it barely even irritates it, only right after I've waxed. My friend suggested it to me, and I've now suggested it to 3 other friends in the past week. When cool it is nearly solid, so to soften it, it's best to warm a pot of water and place the tub of wax in it to soften while you wax.
