Instructions

Place the tip of a balloon pump (or straw) between the adhesive red/blue tape
Pump/Blow the air until about 90% full
Take out the pump or straw

Before inflating air, 'C' and 'O' look very similar.
You can see the difference after inflating the balloons as shown in the picture below :)
