● Sinus rinse is "nasal washing" using physiological saline.

■ How to use
1. Open the cap of the bottle (optional).
2. Boil tap water and let it cool to about body temperature (36 ℃).
Prepare purified water and warm it to body temperature (36 ° C).

3. Pour the powder (1 package) into 240 mL of purified water (boiled water) which has become suitable temperature, and completely dissolve it to make a washing solution.
4. Fit the cap securely to the bottle.
5. Lower your head, breathe in your mouth, slowly grasp the bottle and push out the liquid, the wash fluid flows out from the other nostril.
6. Using the remaining half of the washing solution, perform the same work from the other nostril.

■ Washing method
1. After use, discard the remaining washing solution and wash bottles, caps, and tubes with running water.

Looks nice for hay fever
