How to use:
1.Put it to cup of warm water (60℃ to 70℃) till soft for about 10 seconds.
2.If it is soft, insert it to your upper teeth in mouth.
3.To memorize your mold of teeth, bite it 10~15 seconds.
4.If it is fit to your teeth, clean it with water and use it.
5.If it is not fit to your mouth, you can fix it again from step 1.

Notes:
