     Golden Heart Herbal Inhalant has a refreshing fragrant sweet scent as it is prepared from various kinds of Chinese herbs. One of the ingredients is “Bai Zhi”, a herb that relieves congestion and running nose from cold, cough and dizziness. It also helps relieve allergies, sinusitis and itch from insect bites.

Directions :

- To relieve and stuffed nose due to cold, apply the oil around the back of ears, neck and chest and inhale or apply some drops of the oil on scarf during sleep.

 

- To relieve dizziness, apply the oil around the forehead, on each side of the temple and nose./td>

 

- To clear the nose, drop the oil on the finger tips and inhale deeply.

 

- Apply 3-5 drops of the oil on handkerchief and put it near the pillow during sleep.

 

-To relieve difficult breathing, drop the oil into hot water and inhale hot vapour.

 

- To relieve itching in the throat and cough, drop the oil on the finger tips and apply it around the cavity area.
