Directions
For infants 6 months - 1yr: 1/2 teaspoon every other dayFor children 1-5 yrs: 1-2 teaspoons dailyFor children 5-12 yrs: 1-2 tablespoons dailyFor pregnant or nursing mother: 1-3 tablespoons daily
