5) If you choose custom photo banner, email high resolution photo tosales@partywholesale.com.sg, once artwork is completed, a copy will be sent to customer for reference only. Do choose photo carefully, Party Wholesale will only do photo artwork once. A surcharge of $10 will incured for every change of photo.
6) Personalized Banner with your child’s name, nickname, age, or special message.
7) Standard banner template with no artwork variation or changes.
Banner is ideal for both indoor or outdoor decoration.
8) Upon receipt of order, photo and payment, standard processing time is 7 to 10 working days with no additional charge.
9) Upon receipt of order, photo and payment, express processing time is 3 to 6 working days with additional charge of $10.
10) Above processing time excludes the required shipping time.
11) Do note cancellation and refund is not allowed once order is placed.

Delivery Information:

i) Checkout as self collection
ii) state in the message box you require delivery, and you have to top up additional $12 or $25 depending on your location. Postal code starting with (01-09) (17-19) (22-24) (62-63) will cost $25, whereas others will cost $12. Delivery will be between 10am to 12pm or 1pm to 3pm)
iii) Top up amount will be via bank transfer directly to seller.
