Introduction: 
Lemongrass tea makes a zesty, refreshing and delightful drink which can be served hot or chilled. It has a light lemony taste with a slight hint of ginger. If desired, lemongrass tea can also be sweetened with honey, maple syrup or sugar and boosted with a dash of lime or lemon juice.

 

Ingredients:
Lemongrass.

 

Recommended serving;
1 tea bag per serving. 1 or 2 times daily.
Place the tea bag in a cup of hot water (150ml), brew for 5 minutes and serve.
Store in a cool place below 30 c
