Shipping time are various due to the speed of custom inspection, work strike of air traffic or public service & weather condition such as storm, heavy snow and dust storm around the area. It may cause delay of delivery.

l    Please buyers must provide photos for evidence if the item is damaged during shipment. Buyer must notify us within 7 days after the item is delivered. We will be responsible for return shipment and buyer must ship back the defective item for 1 to 1 exchange

l    All of our products are authentic and purchased from local registered distributor, thus we do not accept any personal reason for refund or replacement request.

l    For Manufacture Warranty, buyer requires to pay for shipment after 14 days. It is not included item which deflective due to improper use. Item will inspected by the factory for defective reason. All non-factory defective will be fix and shipment at buyer's cost.

l    We organize sales promotion regularly, buyer cannot negotiate / complain / request refund if your purchase is made before / after the promotion.
