It have comes to our attention that some customers feedback that the plug is not working or stop working upon first usage. Do note that we always check and test the plug to confirm it is in good working condition before sending it out. We are doing honest business, NO faulty product will be deliver out. To be fair to us, please contact us first to resolve the issue before leaving us a negative review.

We have realised some customer used the plug on devices such as portable vacuum cleaner and food warmer. This devices are high powered device which will damage the plug due to electricity backflow that the plug cannot withstand. Please take note of the output power rating 12V/ 600mA/ 6W and confirmed the power output is compatible with your devices before purchase. Also read Note 1 & 2 above. If unsure, please ask before purchase. Any power rating greater than what we have indicated WILL damage the plug. No return/ exchange/ refund if item was wrongly purchased or damage due to wrong usage! Warranty will be voided!
