You will only be able to achieve FULL High Definition signal by using a HDMI Cable. An option will be made available to you upon checkout if you wish to purchase our HDMI cable at extremely special prices.

Warranty is 3 Years Onsite. 1st Year covers everything. Subsequent 2 Years will cover parts and labour.

2. What is the resolution for this Skyworth 40" LED TV?

The resolution is FULL HIGH DEFINITION 1920 x 1080 Pixels.

3. How long will the delivery take?

Delivery by Qxpress normally takes between 1 - 3 working days.

4. I have chosen store pick up. What is the procedure?

You would have received an e-ticket voucher code after your successful purchase. Simply present the voucher, soft copy or printed, at our store to redeem your purchase.

5. Do I need to inform you of my collection schedule?

Yes. You will need to let us know 2 days in advance so that we can prepare and reserve your purchase. You can call 63840509 to reserve your stock. Reservation by way of Qpost msg is not valid.

Cancellations

Cancellation option is available to you within 24 hours of your purchase. Thereafter, no cancellation is allowed. Should you refuse acceptance upon delivery, we will still charge you the shipping rate of $19.90 and approve a partial refund. If your order is on store pick up, do take note that your voucher will not be extended as you have already enjoyed the maximum 31 days validity.
