The Handi-Foil 402170 full-size shallow steam table pan is made of aluminum, is disposable, has a curled rim, and can be carried to a steam table and used to hold and serve food. Aluminum weighs less than steel, can support hot or cold foods, and can be recycled. The curled rim provides rigidity and can be held or gripped. The top of the steam table pan measures 20-3/4 x 12-3/4 inches on the outside (L x W) and 19-5/8 x 11-3/4 inches on the inside. (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The bottom measures 18-5/8 x 10-3/4 inches. The pan has a vertical depth of 1-5/8" and a capacity of 176 oz.
