Fat Absorbers / OIL ABSORBING COOKING PAPER (MADE IN JAPAN)

Have you ever made soup or something else from meat containing fat and all the fat just floated to the top? I have many times and thats where these fat absorbers come into play. They are just great for absorbing all that grease. They float on top and just suck up any oil that is around it.
