Stocks had all arrived at SG. Please give Sav a few days to mail out cause really cannot carry so many parcels per time to send them to Singapore post. Half of the orders had being send and Sav had and will msg you upon sending out :)

I had updated the quantity for the last time before Chinese New Year. All will be mailed out before 4th Feb. SO, If you are buying for your BF/GF for Valentine's Day please purchase it fast so that I can mail it out for you as soon as possible.

♥ If there is any quality problem , Sav will do a ONE to ONE exchange or refund. However, since all the bunnies are packed by myself, I should have checked the quality before sending out. Please forgive "sometimes careless Sav" if there is any problem :)

♥ Some Customers told me that face of the bunny looks distorted. In fact, this cannot be prevented because of the shipping process whereby my supplier has to stuff the bunnies into the box to decrease the volume. What you have to do is just to squeeze his/her face to make them back to original shape.

♥I always though that those bunnies stuffed with more cotton is of a better quality. I can always import those with lesser cottom and this can help me save half of the super expensive international shipping fee. Hmm...Is Sav sells those with lesser cotton bunny which looks slouchy will also be complained...confused...

♥ Sav Started business on Gmarket on 14th Oct with little knowledge of it . From 14th Oct to 10th Nov, I had been taking preorders until I got a call from Gmarket saying that I shouldn't have done that. However, estimated date of arrival was all stated on the web page and I assumed buyers knew when would they receive the item. So the reason for the long shipment is not because of the shipment itself but the preorder process. Most of the orders were cleared and Sav do have instock now.

♥ I understand that it is hard to make everybody happy as people have different levels of satisfication. However, I had tried my best to make every deal a happy one even if I have to make a lost. I hope that the buyers can approach me first so that I can help as soon as I can :)

Honestly, the price is throat-cutting due to the good quality and I will continue to provide good quality goods despite of some complains about the hardness of the bunny. Do give Sav any suggestions or feedbacks!

First batch is already on the way!! Due to great demand, size 33cm and R0008 will arrive late. Plz dun blame Sav cause I have been chasing after the supplier everyday for bunnies!! Sav promises every buyer that your bunny/ies will reach at your door step safely :)

Sav had two sleepless nights packing all the bunnies. All the orders for batch one except R008 and some orders for batch two were mailed out. I had messaged every buyer to inform the shipping status.

Updates on 9/11

Sav says hi~~

It has been a busy week for me. Organising orders, Packaging, Chasing after suppliers and STUDYING! Batch 1 and 2 are almost completed other than a few orders(I had msg personally).

Orders from Batch 3 till 9/11 12a.m. will reach Singapore before end of the month.

Orders from 10/11 onwards , what Sav can promise is that they will reach Singapore BEFORE X'MAS! This is what I will do for X'mas Batch!

1. I will put up a certain quantity which I will order beforehand from the supplier

2. Once the supplier is done preparing and send to my collection point, I will update the quantity again. This is to prevent the supplier from spending too much time on preparation due to large amount of orders.

3. Once the bunnies reach Singapore, I will send out in order and msg to notify you.

NEW Packaging!! This kind of postage bags is really hard to find in Singapore :(

Updates On 17/11

Received 3 boxes of bunnies today (around 51kg), spent four hours packing and sent them out before Singapore Post closes. It is CONFIRMED that R008 bunnies will arrive next week and Sav will send them out as soon as receiving them! Orders before 1/11 were sent out other than R008 ,and some of R001&7. I will msg each buyer who purchased before 1/11 on the status of the bunnies. It is almost 3am now and Sav is gonna sleep :) Good night

While Sav was preparing for exam, here came THREE huge boxes of bunnies. To save up on international shipping cost, plastic cover was removed and I have to put them back manually. Shipping came at 6 pm and Sav finished packing at 3am. Parcels were mailed out on the following day morning. Msgs were sent to inform.

In the mid of exam, Sav received another two boxes of bunnies. Managed to squeeze out sometime to pack the bunnies. Most orders which are supposed to reach before end of the month were sent.(other than R004 & R007) The rest will reach Singapore next week. As usual, I will mail them out as

soon as it reaches.

I had stopped taking preorder for Xmas Batch. Orders had been sent to my supplier and I will notify the buyers when they are ready.I will have around 500 bunnies in SG before Xmas and I will update the quantity after doing stock count. Really sorry if Sav missed out your MSGs or reply you late cause most of my brain cells are trying to understand what the notes is talking about.... Shall go back to study now~Cheers~~~

Firstly,Happy New year to all!!! It has been a long time since the last time Sav updated. As promised, Sav brought in new designs for the new year

Craftholic !!

It has been known that this is selling at a very expensive price in the shopping center(around 55 per toy). The price Sav gives you is the BEST in town and the lowest I can go. Lower price doesn't mean bad quality. My soft toys are exactly the same as the ones selling at shopping center and I can grant you a one to one exchange if there is any defects (You know Sav is sometime very careless). Photos are all taken by Sav and I will not hesitate to take any action for using them without my consensis!

Sav understands that there might be some competitors from China or elsewhere who might sell at a lower price. However, I am not willing to go for a price war as I believe that the amount you paid to purchase my soft toys is worthwhile.

As Sav only has limited stock for Craftholic soft toy, I will have GroupBuy and the soft toys you ordered through GroupBuy will arrive latest by end of the month. Two prices for GroupBuy and BuyNow to compensate the waiting time.

Instocks are almost sold out so if you need to purchase the instock, do msg to check with me whether the design is available.

I receive some comments saying that the craftholic that Sav is selling is not authentic.

Here are some disclaimers:

1. The soft toys that Sav is selling are from the SAME factory as the original ones.

2. You can compare Sav's soft toys with the ones selling at shopping centers but do not think that mine is of a lower quality because of a different tag. As far as Sav knows, there is NO OFFICIAL craftholic sellers in SG yet. Therefore, please do not say that mine are not authentic as you had seen and compare with the "real" ones in shopping centers.

3. Sav is at Scape Orchard almost every Saturday. If you want to feel the real texture, you are welcomed to come down and take a look.

4. The maximum number of big craftholic per package is two and Sav has to squeeze them into really small size(as shown below). However, it does not affect the shape of the soft toys after you open up the packaging. Therefore, if you are choosing registered postage, max number i can squeeze into one package is TWO. If not, you have to opt for bulk parcel which cost around $20 (totally not worth it).

Sav can try to arrange for self collection if you are purchasing more than two pieces of big craftholic to save your cost :)
