Delivery time:

We will mail out your order via SingPost. Normally you will be able to receive your items 2-5 working days after shipout date.

Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost.

Normal Mail:
Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. In the case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail (this will be on customer's own risk).

Registered Mail:
Parcel will be delivered directly to the doorstep of your address. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office.
