I just took a packet of these for the very first time, and I literally felt like I wasn't able to breathe. It took everything in me to get enough air in my lungs. I was taking the Energy and Metabolism Vitapak and because I'm so active I thought I would give this a try, I'm not sure if it's the grape seed extract or what, but whatever it is, I had a terrible reaction to it. I'm so sad because I really wanted to have the benefits of the thermogenic but I don't know which one is safe for me to take. Was this review helpful?
