Defective Pixel (Include Dead/Stuck/Sub Pixel ) : 0-5 defective pixels are allowed
If you don't understand the meaning of Defective Pixel,

Our shipping team staffs were double- triple checked on the monitor before we arrange shipment.

Compatibility

QX2414 LED 144(DVI only model) is By-Pass Model and doesn't have AD Board.
It's only for Desktop PC graphic card.
PC graphic card must support Dual Link DVI-D directly. (DVI-D adapter is NOT compatible.)
Mac seires, Macbook, Laptops and Integrated On-Board graphics are NOT compatible.

QX2414 LED 144 Multi has AD Board so it's compatible with HDMI and DVI ports.

Compatibility

QX2410R Multi, QX2410R DP, Please note that Laptops and On-Board graphics cards are NOT compatible with the monitor.
Also, we do not recommend using the monitor with Mac series including Mac Pro since it usually fails to show good quality images on the screen with the Mac series.
Please check the port of your graphic card BEFORE purchasing to make sure that there won't be any compatibility issue with the monitor. Because monitor be unable to support all display ports of your PC.
