Amino acids are the subunits that make up proteins. They are necessary for the function of all cells, for tissue repair, and for the production of enzymes and neurotransmitters. Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 2 1/4 level teaspoons with 8 fl oz. of juice or your favorite beverage 1 to 3 times daily. Competitive athletes and individuals engaged in resistance training may take 2 servings 3 times daily.
