There are two elastic bands on each end to hold your massage table pad in place.

For best results, lay your table warmer on your table first.

Then put a protective sheet over it.

Then start by setting your pad on the lowest setting for at least 30 minutes.

This allows your pad to slowly heat up the protective sheet above it.

Once the pad is operating at a safe temperature, then adjust the heat to your liking.
