The additions of White Wheat and Flaked Oats to the grain bill add a slight haze and softness to the body of the beer. As well, the CTZ, Citra and El Dorado hops add a complex medley of subtle grapefruit, pear and watermelon to the flavor and aroma, creating a signature "juice-bomb" IPA flavor and bitterness. Delicious year-round, this IPA can quench any hophead's thirst. Word to the wise, this particular recipe requires advanced brewing techniques including whirlpool hopping and dry hopping! Includes grains, hops, yeast, muslin straining bag for grains, priming sugar, no-rinse cleaner, and complete set of instructions.
