What is Kazoo?
The familiar sound of pitched buzzing comes from a popular American toy and musical instrument called a kazoo. How Kazoos Work?
A kazoo works by producing a buzzing sound, usually via a piece of wax paper that vibrates in a hole at the top of the instrument when someone vocalizes through it. Because kazoos make music using vibration from a membrane, or a thin, taut layer of material, they are technically considered "membranophones" and are thus in the same instrument class as drums. The kazoo is a unique instrument no matter how you look at it.
