Q:Can you explain the frame for umbrella?

A:Product frame have 6K ,8K ,16K, 24K, and  fold have 2 fold,3fold,4 fold,5fold. Generally, weight decide the frame quality. 

Q:How can I do if can\'t use after received umbrella?

A:Please contract us no hesitat, we will return your money as soon as possible or  resent another to you. will do our best to control problem in the trafic.
