- Our serving trays are not one-piece wood made but spliced horizontally in order to save the precious forest resources and conserve the old-age trees, as well as considering that one-piece trays are much easier to crack or warp compared to spliced ones.
- Please pay attention to the dimensions of the items. They may not be as large as you expect since they are all designed for high portability.
- Food-grade coating on product surface is applied for mildew proof or bacteria growth during long-distance transport though all material of our products have been fumigated.
- Every handcrafted wooden product of Bamber differs a bit from each other in terms of grains or colors due to the difference of tree-age and their growing environments, or tree burls may exist in our products as our products are constructed of natural wood.
- The color of pictures on display may deviate slightly from that of real products due to the effect of shooting light.
- The color of the BEECHWOOD item will go deeper if soaked by water, but this will not affect the use.
- Collisions between products during shipping may lead to white marks on WALNUT items due to the properties of black walnut.
