Operation Tips
-One AAA battery (not included) is required before using the digital thermometer.
-Shift the toggle switch under the battery cover to set the default to Fahrenheit or Celsius.
-Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food to measure the temps.
-Press the HOLD button so you can remove the thermometer from your meat and read the temperature outside the heat of the oven.
-A detailed meat temperature chart printed on the thermometer for quick reference of the ideal temperature to cook beef, lamb, pork, steak, chicken, turkey or fish.
-Get an accurate interior temperature of food in 4 to 8 second.

Helpful Tips
Digital thermometers are not meant to be left in food during cooking.
The plastic and electronic components could be damaged with excessive heat.
