Once nails have stopped peeling, splitting and have strengthened, Formula #1 is the proper formula for regular use. Application: Without color polish, apply one coat, three times per week. With color polish, apply Formula #1 as a base coat and apply polish. Formula #1 may be applied once or twice during the week as a top coat.
