Please note， in order to benefit from the high speed transfer， your computer will need to have a USB 3.0 port (usually the port will be blue inside or marked with “SS”).  If you do not have a USB 3.0 port， the device will still work fine with a standard USB 2.0 port， but it will run at normal speed (~480 Mbit/s).
